Ujjwal Technolabs is a technology company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We provide SaaS (Software as a Service) products and custom software development services, including:

  • ContentInventor: AI-powered content generation platform
  • Contentzy: Content management and publishing platform
  • JSONFix: JSON validation and repair tool
  • Base64Now: Base64 encoding and decoding service
  • Custom Development: Bespoke SaaS and application development services

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ujjwal Technolabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
