Full-stack SaaS platforms
The whole spine of a product: data models, business logic, APIs, web admin, auth, billing, and the public app — designed to run multi-tenant from day one.

In production
FlexiCommerce — a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS with 187 data models, ~500 API endpoints, 70 Filament admin resources, and 108 theme sections. Built solo in ~2.5 months on Laravel 12 / Vue 3 / Inertia 2.
Native mobile apps
Real Flutter apps — app-store-ready, backend-integrated, and maintained — not a webview in a wrapper.
Mobile is where most studios stop short. We ship and keep shipping. The same backend that powers your web admin feeds your app through a clean API, so web and mobile stay in lockstep instead of drifting into two products.
Shipped
Three native Flutter apps power FlexiCommerce. A client app we built has 10,000+ downloads. We also run a Flutter field-inspection app in production for a Brazilian client.
AI features that ship
Practical, cost-aware AI built on the Claude API — features users actually press, not a chatbot stapled to a corner.
We treat AI as a feature with a unit cost and a job to do. That means measuring spend per call, designing the prompt and the fallback, and shipping something that earns its keep — generation, classification, drafting, planning.
Live AI
FlexiCommerce's AI Store Generator runs at ~$0.06 per generation. The AI Build Planner on this site is a small Claude-powered app we built ourselves — the exact kind of feature we'll build into your product.
Payments & billing
Checkout, subscriptions, payouts, and reconciliation — the part of software that has to be correct, not just functional.
Payments are where the happy-path demo and the real world part ways. Failed captures, refunds, webhooks arriving twice, multi-currency, reconciliation — we've handled these in production across multiple gateways, so we know where the bodies are buried.
Real money, real gateways
FlexiCommerce processes live payments across Razorpay, PayU and PhonePe, with 6 country variants and 9 languages — so multi-currency and multi-gateway aren't a theory here.
Product design & UX
Interface and flow designed by the people building it — so the design is shippable, not a pretty file that fights the code.
Design and engineering live in the same head here, which kills the usual back-and-forth where a beautiful mockup turns out to be impossible to build. We design for the states that matter — empty, loading, error, edge — not just the showroom screen.
Themeable at scale
FlexiCommerce ships 108 theme sections and a configurable storefront — designed and built by the same studio, which is why it stays coherent across 6 country variants.
