The problem
Most businesses that want to sell online face a brutal choice: rent a hosted cart and pay per-transaction fees forever while never owning the platform, or commission a one-off build that can't scale into multi-vendor, multi-currency, or native apps.
FlexiCommerce exists to prove a third path — a SaaS you can actually own and operate.
What we built
A genuine multi-tenant platform. One codebase serves many storefronts, each with its own catalog, theme, currency, and payment configuration. The admin is built on Filament 5 with 70 resources; the storefront on Vue 3 + Inertia; and three native Flutter apps put the store in customers' pockets.
The AI Store Generator lets a merchant describe their shop and have it scaffolded automatically — at roughly $0.06 per generation using the Claude API. It's the same kind of AI feature we build into client products.

187 data models. ~500 API endpoints. 6 country variants and 9 languages. 108 theme sections. ~450,000 lines of code — built solo in about 2.5 months, and live with paying customers today.
