Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ujjwaltechnolabs.com and to estimates and quotes we provide. Engagements for actual development work are governed by a separate written agreement we sign with you — these site terms don't replace that.

Estimates and quotes

Prices shown on this site and in the AI Build Planner are good-faith "starting from" estimates, not fixed offers. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote after we understand your requirements. A formal quote at /quote/… is valid until the date stated on it.

How we bill

We work on a pay-as-it-ships basis: you're billed monthly for work delivered, you can pause at sensible points, and you own the code as it's delivered. The specifics for your project live in your signed agreement.

Code ownership

On paid engagements, you own the code we write for you. We may reuse our own general-purpose libraries and patterns across projects — that's how we move fast — but your product and its custom code are yours.

The AI Build Planner

The planner is an automated tool that produces an indicative plan from your description. It can be wrong or incomplete. Don't treat its output as a binding quote or as professional advice — it's a starting point for a real conversation.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit unlawful content, attempt to break or overload it, or abuse the forms and AI tools. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on automated estimates. Liability for actual engagements is set out in your signed agreement.
